I am descended of William Greenfield of Ross/Highland Co., OH. who married
Elizabeth "Betsy" Crawford and moved his family to Macon Co., IL. to live out

Thomas and James also moved to IL. I have reason to believe their father was
Thomas Greenfield of Maryland and moved his family to OH. about 1810.
If anyone has information on this family lineage please contact me? I am
interested in exchanging family information, photos, and getting acquainted with

I recently began doing some research on my family and came across your website.
It is extremely interesting to see some of your other readers comments about
their family origins.
I am just beginning to research my family's lineage. Originally from England,
William George Greenfield (my grandfather) immigrated to Saskatchewan, Canada,
shortly after WW1.
I have been told by family, that they have traced our origins back many hundreds
of years, and I am in the process of collecting this information from my
cousins.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone who may share a similar background.
As well, I will forward more information as it becomes available to me in case I
share a similar background to some of your other readers.
Bye for now.
